- Can't sign in
Use Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link. It comes from noreply@getwheelhub.com — check spam if it's not there in a minute.
- Didn't get the confirmation email
Look in spam or Promotions for a message from noreply@getwheelhub.com. Still nothing after ten minutes? Email us with the address you signed up with and we'll sort it.
- Someone is harassing me, or a post breaks the rules
Tap the ··· menu on any post, profile, listing or message and choose Report or Block. Blocking is instant and they aren't told. Reports go to a person, not a robot.
- Unblock someone
Go to Edit Garage and scroll to Blocked accounts.
- My car or bike isn't in the list
In Edit Garage or Discover, pick the closest make, then tap Not listed? Add it. We review additions by hand, usually within a day.
- A Marketplace deal went wrong
WheelHub doesn't take payments or ship parts — every deal is between buyer and seller. If a listing looks like a scam, report it so we can remove it and the account.
- Delete my account
Delete your account — immediate and permanent, no email required.
